I waited on the phone for forty minutes to only be told I had the wrong access code. I called to receive the correct one only to be met with very rude and unprofessional behavior by the receptionist! Totally unacceptable for an adult working in a system like this.

This system is corrupt. There were atleast three other people on phone court today that all claimed to have gotten bogus tickets and frivolous accusations. I hear you Fransisco from Texas please sue we will back you up! I was given a fine of 1,000 dollars for owing 100 back in 2014 and another man said the cop gave him a wreckless driving citation for no reason... which is questionable but he stated that if they had proof they wouldnt even make plea. He was very upset that they were making him go throughba process just ro prove his innocence and offered to pay a fine whatever it was just to get it over with. He kept sayingvit wasnt fair that they were making him pretend he did something wrong just to make him go through a drawn out process with the court. Another man stated he was very surprised the cop gave him a ticket for no insurance when he was thought it was established at the time of traffic stop that he had insurance. What they are doing is hooking as many citations as possible wether they are relevant hoping you miss court and they could bank on it. This is so wrong on so many levels and the judge said to me if i could convince someone to defend me in court casue i beleive i dont owe anything to go ahead and take it up with whoever i want. I understand she is there to enforece rules not make them but there is cleary many loopholes and ecen the judges sound rired of habing ro deal with this corruption and having to hide theyre bosses behind a mask so they can continue to revenue money. This is becoming a major problem in our area and needs to me remedied. NM people want to be relieved of the incompetant leaders of this state immediately!

Considering how it's been before, I personally was proven wrong and am delighted to see judges that care, secretaries that smile, and security guards that are and when they can helpful dispite before. I look at them completely different now.... proud to see judges that aren't so overworked that the stress overrides there capabilities to make the right decisions. They have a bit more to work on for as a case was already closed and there was no other reason to continue the case. Considering the costs it takes, further research should be done on that to make more appropriate conclusions... overall performance was better than I've seen in over a DECADE-
