        Stopped by to pickup replacement watch for my daughter. Great service, no wait time. Got assistance right away. Staff set up the watch for me and deleted old watch and added new one. Staff knew exactly what to do. Even bought daugter watch bands and staff switched it out for me. New watch under 30 dlls.

        Michael rocks! He gave the best Customer service both times for my Son and my mom. I wont go anywhere else for service. He explained in detail the differences in phones and plans and product. Hes super knowledgeable and didnt brush us off and try and get rid of us. Also , Michael needs a raise. His customer service is SUPER Rare in Las Cruces.
