Lea County State Bank

This is the worst bank Ive ever dealt with!!! We live in a world of fraudulent activity and people out smarting the internet (hackers) and sometimes you can get victimized more than once or twice no matter the precautions you take.when I brought this to the attention of the bank theyre resolution was to take atm cards away lol does anyone even write checks anymore? The staff I dealt with was rude and offended me and talked down to me and offered no resolution and it wasnt just one person it was several. Waiting on direct deposits to get switched to a new bank.. please think twice before opening an account here they DO NOT work for you they work for themselves and do not care about their customers.

They take your property tax out of your escrow in October. And the property tax is still not paid at the end of December.Apparently goes through a third party. They dont have the resources to take care of their business. Bad mishandling of your money.

since they never deposited my check when I did it with the teller staff because I would need the money the next day. They did not, the bank staff that attended me never deposited it. The application is very old and it takes hours to reach the other person if you send by zelle. the tellers at grimes and college will never have any money so what are they for? I do not know
