        No working wifi at all. Asked polite on numerous occasions with different awnsers each time as to why cant just call a company out to fix it. Need wifi as travelling for work 5000mile from home. Paid for a service and not being provided. Actual hotel not bad although could do with maintenance as dishwasher leaking all time. Choice complaints online are not bothered and neither are reception aslong as they have your money. Advice dont waste your money go elsewhere

      Mr Graham,I do apologize for the confusion, but you are a guest at our Mainstay hotel Not our Comfort Suites hotel, therefor I am not sure why a review was left for Comfort Suites hotel. There are no WiFi issues at our Comfort Suites hotel and any reports at Mainstay have been addressed each time. As far as the maintenance issue there has not been any reports to our staff, however I will get this passed along to maintenance to get addressed. Again sorry for the confusion.Thank you,Amanda Garcia
