(Translated by Google) So far the worst experience of my life. I never thought of becoming a victim of malpractice and less so from a "professional". After two years of orthodontic treatment, during the last few months I let the doctor know about my discomfort, to which she replied that they were little details. But it turns out that those "little details" were becoming more and more unbearable. Somehow she ensured that in the 23rd or 24th month, or I don't know how many more months she planned to add, these would be corrected; when from the beginning it was established that it was a 24-month treatment. Due to his lack of responsibility, I decided to go for a second and even third opinion from other orthodontists (one in this same town and one out of town). Both agreed that there is irreversible damage. My jaw was out of square, I feel a lot of pain that goes from the jaw, to the ear and the head. It is an intermittent pain that bothers me practically for everything, talking, eating, sleeping, the use of hearing aids. Among many other prejudices: bleeding gums (which I also let him know at the time and he argued that it was because I did not brush my teeth well), loose teeth, periodontal pockets, etc. This second diagnosis was made known to her, so that in some way she can repair what was damaged, at least giving me my first studies, so that the new doctor can base himself and solve the problems caused. He refused and replied that it was all due to stress what a lack of professionalism from someone who has been dedicating himself to this for years. It is humble to accept a mistake and say if I was wrong, but now we are going to fix it. If I had known all the consequences that it would bring to my 25 years, I would never have resorted to this place. I have more problems than I originally came in with (caries only, my bite was just right) and ended up with multiple wear and bone loss, etc. Be very careful with your dental care, do not take it lightly, if any medical negligence happens to you here they will not be held responsible, on the contrary, they will turn the version around, making you guilty of not having finished the treatment (as they told me). me). Being that I never missed an appointment, I maintained good hygiene, and he accuses me of not having finished the treatment. Obviously I didn't want to go to the last 2 appointments after the Dr. kept telling me that everything is fine, when you know it's not fine. Feeling pain, receding gums, gaps between the teeth and molars that do not fit is not right (you do not need to be a doctor to know that something is wrong). I think anyone in my place would run out of there before they disgrace you further. If you are considering going to Border Dental because it is cheaper than in the USA, think twice, it seems unfair that someone else goes through what I am going through. I attach photos of my original teeth and the last ones from month 22, which I even showed her and she said it was because I didn't bite well for the photo... Clearly, the pronounced inclination of the teeth due to poor leveling from the principle of treatment. I leave it to your discretion if I was better before than now. .. ..
