        Because it was cheaper for a McMuffin and Hashbrown combo, than ordering the items separately the individual taking my order took it upon herself to do so. RESPECT!!

        Tried to use points. Guy at counter new and untrained and had no idea how to process free coffee. Called a lady up. She stared me down and offered no help. She went to Manager who didn't even take the time to try to help. Not good experience.

        Ok the worst mcd in the country. No service. 20 min in line. Left w no food. Hungry. Almost unbelievable. The manager said...."ok"... not even a f-n apology. Idiots. .

        McDonald's is never great, but lately the McDonald's in Grants has been terrible. The food is cold, the orders are wrong, they don't even attempt to fill drinks or fries up all the way.
