Wells Fargo Bank

Only had 1 teller , a long line and she told me I would be charged $7.50 to cash a check on that bank that was a company check that had more than adequate funds. She said our company had agreed with this policy which was a false statement. There were no bankers working. She told me I had to go online to schedule an appointment with a banker. I tried and was unable to make an appointment in Grsnts Our company has been banking with this bank and First National the bank before Wells Fargo bought it for over 60 years. This is terrible customer service.

My father had an upsetting experience last week. He set up an appointment to talk with a banker on Monday. Well when he shows up they tell him there are no bankers in for the day. (After he drove a whole hour, from Albuquerque to grants.) Why have the ability to make appointments if no one is actually going to be there for the appointment. Then my poor father, who only has ONE leg tripped on the curb & no one had the audacity to help him outside. Freaking ridiculous. I'm highly disappointed in your customer service. I hope this isn't the standard of customer service for all clients.
