Purchased 4 new tires in January 2023 and noticed my tire pressure light on, I took the car into pep boys where I purchased the new tires today June 1st 2023 and was told the front two tires were bulging out . They then proceeded to tell me the tires were out of warranty because of the treading . I asked them how many miles those tires were ridden and they told me 5,000 miles . I mentioned I purchased the road hazard warranty , they then said they will call me back . I was told Id still have to pay a prorated fee of $266. I told them this was ridiculous and that Id never buy tires or have service done there again . My advice Dont buy tires @ pep boys as they dont warranty them .. I could see if those tires had 12,000 miles but 5,000 ? Plus both tires were budging out .. Pep Boys S*cks . Never got a call back from Sean Davis the district manager .. Horrible service !!

I checked in my car for service to a very nice Rep and explained the details of the testing that needed to be done. After a complete test, my car was ready for pick up. I was satisfied with the diagnosis and grateful for the results and got back on the road. Thank you.

Noticed an oil leak on our cross country trip. Luckily noticed close to this Pep Boys and they were VERY accommodating and got it looked at within a couple hours on a Sunday before Memorial Day. Both the front staff and the mechanic Randall were amazing!
