1. Last month, the tech for my braces placed the wire in half of my braces and the other half is loose.
2. Last month, they took 45 minutes to see me.
3. This month my appointment was at 1:15 pm. I came on time and they told me to come back at 2:00 pm. I came back at 2:00 and they still told me I had to wait more.
I commute for two hours to these appointments and I have a schedule to meet. Having an appointment here means they are getting my whole day disorganized. Very unprofessional.
