Tried to use these guys at one point before they moved shops. They kept my car for almost 2 months without doing anything to it then had the nerve to tell me I needed to pay them for storage even though they hadn't done anything to my car. When they brought my car home the driver just let it slide off the wrecker, damaging my vehicle and then drove off as fast as he could. Bunch of worthless, con artists with childish feelings.

Don't let the appearance of the business affect your decision to use Cats. I can't say enough about Steve, his family, and the crew. The combined experience is impressive. They are all great people. I was returning home from a long road trip when I blew my transmission. I didn't have a good feeling from the first shop I was towed to. Although it was very clean and organized, there was just a vibe that I knew I didn't like. I went to Cats for a second opinion and explained my situation. I was having money sent and was in a bad situation. Steve was compassionate and accommodating. You'll be doing yourself a favor going to cats. You will see that he doesn't need new business. I believe he has a need to help others with honest, professional service. He and his family are truly good people.
