The manager need to learn how to READ and to take accountability. Today was the worst day! Went into the store for a simple return and turned into me calling customer service and him calling his boss (distract manager) . I paid using my debit card (visa) and the manger stated I could only get my money back on store credit or exchange the item I bought a day ago prior. And I asked why and he stated we dont take returns that where bought w/ visa MC so I researched the policy and as stated For purchases made with a credit card or a debit card bearing a Visa/MC logo a credit will be issued to the card used for the original purchase. The managers are reading the return policy wrong and sharing misinformation. And the only thing he could tell me when I tried educating him was I dont want to argue ! The managers and the company are just trying to get your money and lie to you! Please read the return policy before they try to SCAM YOU!

I was having issues with an online order where it never went to the stores system. One of the managers called customer service and they did their best to try and push it through but we had no luck with the system so we had to cancel my order on their end and then I did the purchase in store and was given the online sale price. Wonderful staff who will do their best to get what you need done. The staff also apologized profusely but it wasnt their fault, although I appreciated their concern. I definitely recommend this location!

Quick to jump to conclusions bad customer service. Told the associate when I walked in that picture was already paid for that I was looking for an outfit to match so me and my boyfriend could go out. Blonde haired boy with quick to call me. Told him to look back at his cameras and that I hadn't even been there. Before you call somebody I see if you need to have proof will not go back. Very disappointing.
