I hired Allen Elmore and his team at the beginning of 2023 to sell our home in Farmington. Over the past 10 years I've worked with many realtors in Colorado and New Mexico. Allen was a breath of fresh air in a crazy market. He and his team are very professional from the first time they meet with you. Excellent photos including drone footage impressed me. Communication is key and I always got prompt return phone calls when I had questions or concerns. They priced our home well and we had offers BEFORE the showings began - over asking price. I would highly recommend Allen to anyone who needs to buy or sell real estate. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat.

Had such a great experience with Allen & team when selling our house in the past, we still call them for advise when buying and selling our homes in other areas of the state. They are so knowledgeable and REALLY know how to get homes bought and sold.......HIGHLY recommend these guys!!!
