ATB Behavioral Health Services

One of my children has been a client at ATB for about a year and we couldn't be happier with the treatment that he has received. Myself and my other children recently began services, as well, and we're very happy with our "team" of clinicians: Yael, Natalie, and Michelle. Compassionate, knowledgeable, well trained in EMDR, and down to earth staff make ATB one of the best mental health offices I've ever visited. Highly recommend!!

They are flexible as they can be with scheduling, always helpful and will contact you via text which is convenient. Highly recommend them.

Not many words to say except that I am helped so much here. I have nothing to complain about and I definitely would recommend and would consider ATB over any. Thank you for your services. It is a blessing that is greatly appreciate. For real.

Was referred to this establishment after my son's release from the hospital. First appointment went well, we discussed goals and expectations. We had scheduled an appointment for the following week, I did let the therapist know that my son had a med management appointment with his doctor. No problem I was told. Call her if there were any issues. After verification of appointment, I tried contacting ATB to reschedule the appointment. Unfortunately after about 5 days of no answering and leaving a few voicemails. I was not able to get ahold of anyone until the day of the appointment. I let the person on the phone know that we would need to reschedule due to my son's appointment. She says to come in that following Saturday at 11:45 am. We show up at the scheduled time and after waiting more than 20 minutes, my daughter and my son were treated rudely and told they don't make appointments at those times, they are on the hour. Again, tried contacting the company that following Monday to confirm and see where the miscommunication was. Unfortunately, no one was reachable. Finally was able to reach someone on the day of the scheduled appointment, I was then told my son had been discharged for a late cancel and a no show. I was then told a letter was sent out. I am absolutely willing to discuss this further with the company if they do want to contact me. However, I would not recommend the use of their services and their disregard for the community.
