First Convenience Bank

don't use them!!! they keep taking money they aren't supposed to. i'm in the hole again because of them!!! they also keep changing their service fees . also they don't give you all the information they should on your statement.

Ive always had great service there, very convenient. The staff has always been very nice and helpful.

I refuse to go to this location. The First Convenience Bank I only choose to go to is the one on East main. And that's a longer drive for me but worth the customer service. This bank on West main has disappointment more than enough times where they lost my service. I'm never acknowledged by the co-workers even after making eye contact. The workers are always talking about personal things out loud and never seem professional. They give off a attitude like I'm bothering them and seem annoyed by my presence. Everything about this location is very unsatisfying. If you bank with them I highly suggest you go to the First Convenience Bank in the Wal-Mart on east main. They are always in a friendly mood to help and know how to treat their clients.

East Main is amazing!!!! Love these awesome ladies with profess A West main teller pocketed $10 during a deposit then got rude with me and NOBODY will call me back about this!!! If nothing were done wrong, someone would have contacted me. Theyre probably waiting for the footage to be erased CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME?! The long distance number always hangs up. This is a horrible experience to be stolen from FROM YOUR OWN BANK THEN GET TREATED LIKE LESS THAN NOTHING, THEN THE ATTITUDE PROBLEM OF THE STEALING TELLER AND NOW MANAGEMENT IGNORED THIS AND HAS TOTALLY IGNORED ME

Horrible! Delilah, the bank teller, took it upon herself to tell me they were closed at 4pm just because all the tellers were in the office hanging out not wanting to do anything. As I walked away I looked at the closing time online just to realize it wasn't until 6pm. I went back and emediately got attitude from Delilah up to the point where I needed to ask for another teller! Extremely rude and unprofessional conduct! And management just stood there mekely to timid to say anything. Horrible staff, and horrible management!
