I invite you to call the office about any specific concerns you have. Red Sun Dental is a small, home-town dental office and false allegations can really hurt us. As the only locally owned dental office in our community, I can assure you I'm aware of our hours and they are accurate and updated online as changes occur. Additionally, we are open until 5pm, so that means appointments need to be completed by 5pm. If you request an appointment to start at 5pm, we can not schedule that because my staff will not be here. My team cares for patients all day and need to go home and spend time with their families recharging. Family is important to the entire team at Red Sun Dental. If you need a late evening appointment, we are not the office for you. We do not lie about services. At the time of an exam, recommended treatment is listed in a written treatment plan with costs listed for full transparency. This way you know the cost BEFORE doing treatment. There are no surprises. Our membership plan is a great service to patients without insurance and reduces dental healthcare costs for patients. It is also beneficial to myself as a dentist, because patients on the membership plan can get healthier, so I have less emergency patients who need to be "squeezed in" at the last minute and less emergency calls in the evening and weekend when I also am trying to recharge my battery so I can continue to help patients. Because of this, our membership plan is a win-win for patients and the team at Red Sun Dental.
