        I am very impressed with the customer service! I had a negative experience this past week and when an automatic survey was sent. I gave my rating based on the experience the survey was asking about. A team lead called me today to 1- let my know my online order was filled and ready. 2- reminded me they close early today so my ducks get their feed. 3- explained to me that the team is there for the customer and to ask for help. I was very pleasantly surprised! Thank you Edgewood Tractor Supply team for valuing every customer
