I am familiar with buying liability insurance since that is all I can afford, when I went into the office i was told that I had to pay 110 a month because I was being punished by the state of New Mexico because I didnt have insurance in the pass. Paying 110 in car insurance, for me, is not doable at the moment, so I went back in to try and see if I can get my payments a little lower, I come to find out they can lower my payment by 47 dollars because I had an insurance policy that was not just liability when thats clearly what I went in for. I couldnt understand why I was lied to. This is why people choose to do business out of town. This is a disappointing and very discouraging, with prices going up on everything you would think people would be honest and helpful but that was not the case for me. Also I had to go to a building that was behind them so I left my car parked there and the agent came out harassing me telling me I couldnt park there because I was no longer a customer of theres. I wonder where these people have learned their customer service.And the only thing I was doing was dropping off a happy meal to a little girl whos mom volunteers at that building, she volunteers her time to help the community.
