        Every time we visit the store, we receive wonderful customer service. The employees answer questions quickly and aren't afraid to ask if a person needs assistance. One of the best Spencer stores we have been to in a long while.

        One of the young ladies working was extremely offensive. Telling me and my daughter to get out because "our kind" are not allowed in the store, I believe her name starts with "z," highlighted tips of hair, wolf cut, please figure out what your employees are saying to your customers
