FANTASTIC Realtor, Highly Recommend!!! We started working with Jake after getting burned by an apathetic and lackluster realtor. We were in a tight spot and super wary, but it didnt take long for us to realize that Jake was taking good care of us. We were out of town sellers, completely reliant on others to make sure things were taken care of with our house. Tornados, snow, hail, changing seasons almost anything you can think of took place while we tried to get our house sold. Before we had the chance to ask Jake to go take a look at things he had already gone by, checked for damage, adjusted house temps, you name it. EVERYTHING was taken care of. Jake was absolutely on top of it. When buyers came along, Jake gave us every angle as well as sound advice. Through a myriad of small repairs/fixes, unique contract write-ins to give us security and peace of mind, and throughout the closing process, we were kept up to date and informed. Jake and his team are knowledgeable, creative, motivated, and hard working. Ive seen the worst and the best that Clovis has to offer. Jake is THE BEST!

Jake was always quick to respond and extremely helpful in coordinating contractors. We were able to get a full price offer locked in within a week of listing which is pretty great. He made the process of selling my house as painless as possible and I couldn't ask for more!

I cant say enough good things about Jake. He was actually the selling agent on a house that we bought. At that time, he answered a lot of questions for us and helped us when our own agent was unable. So when it came time to sell, we of course went to Jake. He went above and beyond what you would expect of a realtor. We did everything long distance and he made things so easy for us. He has such a great personality, is very responsive, and turned a stressful situation into a manageable one. You 100% wont regret choosing Jake as your realtor.
