The customer service was Bad .They did not get you and till 10 minutes in to being there first time . The food I don't know didn't get to try it ?

We had lunch delivered in today and was very pleased. The food was delivered faster than expected and the food was delicious! The delivery driver was very courteous

NOT WORTH A TRY. Food was marginal as far as BBQ is concerned. The service was worse. First in line, waited 15 minutes before I got my food. Its literally like a lunch line from public high school. Im genuinely confused - how hard it is to put chopped meat on a bun. Having 1 person, ONE, make food for everyone in line sounds like an awful business model. You need a team, not 1 person making all the entrees. Again I was first in line when they opened, no one was in front of me and I waited 15 minutes for a chopped brisket sandwich. Imagine how long the wait is when theres actually people there.
