I was very impressed with the staff at Impact Collision Center. I went to them with a small ding on my wifes vehicle and they repaired it for free without any hesitation. In fact, I had to beg them to let me tip the technician that did the repair! Ill definitely be going back if I have need of any major servicing.

Very rude customer service. When I stated this is the 3rd time they wanna push us back. She simply stated its not her problem and that if I wanna continue to reschedule again. Pushed us back multiple times. Its been over 3 months since claim and estimate. They still want to move us back for a 4 month in a row. First was cause body shop was sick. Pushed us back a month. Second time they said they were too busy. They moved us back another month. The last time they said wouldnt give me a reason and Just said we cant fix it at this time and need to reschedule another month out. Unreliable service and time estimates. We asked our insurance to pull the check that was sent 3 months ago after estimate and went to albq instead. Never again will we use them.

Had them work on our 2022 Subaru Outback after the hail storm of 2023 since they were a USAA recommended shop. The body work was good I will give them that. The big issue I had was the time it took. We were told it would take 7 weeks...It took 3 months. It also has 13 error codes it was throwing and the steering wheel had a huge gash in it (there was no interior damage to begin with). They did try to write the wrong by ordering a new steering wheel for us which was nice and were going to repair it for free....except they charged our insurance for it as a supplement!!! They also replaced the front winsheild with an aftermarket one even though it wasn't broken when I brought them the vehicle (the repair invoice said they used OEM one). We had to return the vehicle to get recalibrated by them but their were some error codes that didn't clear and the Starlink system wasn't working still as well as emergency call systems. To top it off the battery was swollen and dying after a day even when charging it all night. We tested the battery at Auto Zone and the tester said it was bad. We had to have the vehicle towed to the dealership because it would no longer start. The dealership found that a relay went bad and a wire was stripped touching metal draining the battery and ruined it. Impact offered to look at it and to try to fix everything when they were going to work on the steering wheel but we didnt want them touching our car after all the failed promises and continuing issues and we told them that. After some arguing Impact finally agreed to pay to have the dealership complete the repairs. You think the nightmare would end there except they didn't pay the dealership despite having the invoice for a week from them!!! They only paid after we were there picking up the car after calling them several times, being put on hold, then hung up on. They are definitely skilled with body work on dents and dings but I question their ability on electrical work/protecting wiring from damage on reassembly. They could also use some revamped customer service as one of the ladies seemed frustrated and rude with every interaction we had with her even when she would call us with updates
