There were two flyswatter‘s sitting on the windowsill when we entered our room, and now I know why. I killed six flies through the night, and there had to be at least that many still there when we left in the room. I explained this to the desk, asked for compensation, and received nothing. We are BW reward members, we know BWs, and this was the filthiest we have ever stayed. The good reviews must be fake. Our’s could not have been an isolated experience, especially when the room was equipped with TWO fly swatters.

Noisy little motel on the highway. Disinterested and unhelpful staff that do not know what is going on with the hotel. Advertising that breakfast is included with the room and then being told on check in that only a grab and go bag would be available was pretty underwhelming. Internet was very slow, door locks failed and required considerable time to get opened. Just overall a very poor excuse for a hotel. Nice property actually if it was run by a better management and staff.
