This place is a dump. Mechanics are lazy, parking lot is a canyon (literally, you can high center your car in it) equipment is poorly maintained. The most unprofessional staff I've ever experienced. You get a roach bed for your "company housing" that you have to pay for. They provide uniforms for you which is nice. Extremely long and brutal hours. Play guessing games with driving around to the water holes. 2 weeks for pay. For night crew you run around on pitch black roads with not much direction. The dude at one of the water pickups wants you to "blow" him Everytime you check in. Hard pass...
