        Less than 1 star. Started out I had recurring billing set up and was charged 3 times for 1 month rent, recieved my receipt for the one i authorized yet never given credit for it. Sent proof of payment after being locked out and after talking to Jacqueline, nothing was ever resolved. She's very rude, went to the level of telling my wife lies of me having an affair. Very unprofessional, rude, Does not follow legal requirements of self storage facilities.

      I looked back at our records and we have never had a tenant by this name at any of our locations. We also do not discuss any personal issues with tenant and since I have no knowledge of who this is I have not discussed any type of affair. This is obviously a fake review.
