Stay away from windstream/kinetic at all costs, Their technician wanted to drill a hole through the middle of the hallway and set my router up right in the middle of the hallway. (Yeah cause i definitely wouldnt trip over that at night) They said that would be the only way they could set up service in my apartment so I turned them away and cancelled my account. (Keep in mind they provided me with no services at all) Well almost a year later after getting no notifications, mail, email, phone calls , absolutely nothing) I noticed my credit took a nose dive and sure enough they sent a $500 bill to collections WHEN THEY DIDNT PROVIDE ANY SERVICES!!! This company is a joke and I will make sure to let every single person know to avoid windstream. I hope they go out of business and leave Carlsbad because this is just flat out unprofessional and crooked. Go with TDS, even though they arent perfect either Ive never dealt with a company screwing me over this much ever.

Worst Internet providers. Constantly lose Internet. They send people to fix it but it never gets fixed. Have to use the hotspot on my phone if I want any kind of Internet. Beyond ridiculous. I gave one star because they won't let me give zero. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
