I would like to share how wonderful Pam and her employees at Garden Mart are. I requested a treat basket with balloons be delivered to my niece for her birthday and to my surprise they went above and beyond. This place does more than just flowers. The array of treats and goodies in the basket were just incredible! They do their best to give their customers exceptional care and service. I will definitely be using them again and again and again.

Horrible service!!!! Not the first time I have had issues with flowers being delivered....but it will be the last...I will never ever use Garden Mart again for flower delivery!!! I ordered online and even tried to have them delivered a day BEFORE Valentine's day to avoid the rush and mess of the day....well they show up to deliver, to a business location, at 12:15 PM....of course no one was there due to it being lunch time. They left a note... my girl called when she got back and was told they would deliver before she left for day.....well that never happened!!! She calls as she is leaving and is told she will have to pick them up....WOW! Not at all what I paid for ....thanks alot for ruining my Valentine's day suprised Garden Mart!!! To top it off when I called to complain....they offered to immediately bring the $5.00 delivery fee to me as a refund....so you can bring me $5.00 but you can't deliver my damn flowers???? Nah you keep that 5.00!!

The Gardenmart is my favorite New Mexico flower shop. The arrangements are beautiful, affordable and they have always been prompt with my orders.
