Bloomfield Utility Department

Worst customer service I've ever experienced.. I have had three horrible experiences here. Unfortunately, the ladies at the front Desk Dustie and Sherry mock and make fun of the people who live in Bloomfield. I've witnessed them doing this:/

I tried for an hour and a half to get ahold of someone in the office. I finally gave up and called the non emergency number they have, it got me into contact with the fire Department. The fire department than looked into resolving my super simple issue, that i needed another trash can. I am so frustrated that there is no one there to answer my calls on a day they are supposed to be open and I cant just go there because I need to call to make an appointment but how do I do that when they wont answer there calls?? So one star. I want to give zero.
