My husband and I have shopped at the Santa Ana Big R several times. Excellent products , staff extremely friendly and helpful. It is always enjoyable just to look around even if you dont buy anything but never got out of there without purchasing something. I love their beef jerky.

The clothes and hats are quite expensive but good quality. The horse tack is amazing and I really like the amount of vitamins they sell, along with goat tack. The pet supplies is pretty fine, my dog loves everything that comes from there. Bathrooms are overall clean (the one's I've been too at least are). The shotguns and guns and ammo are pretty good I bought one for hunting and it works well. I would just complain about some customer service I've seen, some are rude and some are good, just like an average store.
