        Jake with septic works is totally amazing .. late night situation with clogged toilets and houseful of sick people .. we needed our toilets .. he was here within 30 minutes and totally fixed it. Amazing company and service!

        We have used Septic Works twice now and have been so impressed with Jacob and his crew. They have been extremely responsive, courteous and helpful in coming up with a plan on how to care for our septic system. Jacob explained our options and patiently answered all our questions. Septic Works is who we trust to care for our septic system.

        These guys are great! We had a backup at 11 PM. I called, and Jake was there in about 30 minutes. Then, when his truck couldn't make it up the steep dirt entry, he opened my clean out valve and said we could go ahead and use the toilets and sinks and all until morning. He couldn't send the 4WD truck until then since it was full. Next morning he sent that truck and pumped out the septic tank. He didn't even charge me for the midnight trip. When you need septic service, call these guys!

        It took a total of hour and a half from the time I made the initial call to the time they were ready to leave. Fast and courteous service. I highly recommend.
