After months and months of trying to get the service working, a senior customer relations manager stepped in and got it working. Worked for a couple months with some periodic outages and now down. Again with repeated cancellations and chat is not helpful because they stop responding. Phone service takes forever and they jerk you from one dept to another. Belen's dispatch people do not show up at the job and give false info to corporate
