Fantastic food and service. A bit of funny: I thought it was Cuban cuisine but it's named after Cuba New Mexico, so note it's New Mexican and burgers type food, BUT it's delicious. It's a family run restaurant which is nice and the young lady who waited on me waited on me was very genuine. It's located inside the cattle yard building and when I was there they were super busy but maintained a high level of service. We ordered yet breakfast burritos with green Chile and it was delicious. The Chile was flavor but not too hot. We like crispy bacon and hash browns and they obliged us in cooking them and they did them perfectly. Crispy but not burnt. They were a nice size as well for the cost. 6 dollars for a meal isn't bad. Plus, they weren't greasy if you know what I mean. Obviously fried but there's fried and tasty and fried and gross. This was exceptional. I definitely will be going back and how the best for them. Parking: It's a dirt lot but there's plenty of parking Kid-friendliness: I think kids could enjoy this place. Is small and quaint.
