Called today and told them I needed to see a Dr that it's an urgent matter and was told I needed to make an appointment for er follow up with I don't care about being a walk in it's an urgent matter that I need to see my primary but still got turned away till Friday yes it's two days but let's hope this problem doesn't get worse by then and something that could have been done now turn into something that can't be done later due to this office

I called Dr. Sanchezs office 4 times to setup an appointment. The first phone call I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. The 2nd call I was hung up on. The 3rd call hung up on me again. The 4th call they didnt even answer. If this is how the front office is run, I cant image how anything else is run in that office. Ill look for another dentist.
