My wife and I went to look at a camper trailer and the sales person acted has if we were wasting his time because our budget was limited. Filled out a loan application and told "ok , call you later" 6 hours later we had to call him and follow up on our transaction...will not be doing business there next time. Sorry for the inconvenience sales department.

I tried for three weeks to get a service appointment with these guys because they are an "authorized" service rep and I needed some warranty work done. I was not able to even get a call back. I understand that they are busy but I wouldn't have cared if the appt was scheduled two months out. For them to not even return my call is rude. By the way I had a mobile service guy do the work and it took him one hour! Of course I had to pay for the repair and now have to see if I can get the money back from my warranty coverage. Don't do business with these guys. They don't care about service after the sale.

brought the roadtrek up to for pressure test for propane leak, they never did the test, did another test there was a leak in the copper pipe near the shock mount and brake, also left the exhaust from the generator hanging from the unit after removing lower fiberglass panels, the sales/serviceman stated "thee have springs" which they don't "let it fall off then its someone's problem behind you" very unprofessional, didn't do what they said they were going to do, and do not care about the customer, beware of these people and especially the salesman/owner, they are greedy and only want your money
