        This was a great stop for us. After several years of not bringing our dog, we brought him with us MO to AZ. This was our first night out on the road, and we were surprised at how nice the room was. I'm not sure what we were expecting, but it really had me happy we chose this hotel. Bottom floor, no vacancy, lots of school busses, and we heard nothing but an occasional conversation in the hall. Beds were comfortable, nice facilities, and breakfast at the adjacent restaurant were included. Really enjoyed this stop. Thank you! Oh, and easy walk to Statbucks. Big plus. :)

        Rooms are clean but dated. Front desk staff not too friendly. Took forever for breakfast to be served, some people left without getting served because nobody was serving them. Pool & hot tub closed.

        We were checking in with a school purchase order. The front office staff was unprofessional & had no idea what to do! It took us approximately 45 minutes just to check-in. We had a block of 10 rooms. We only used 8. We were paying 6 with a PO, & 2 with a CC. They didnt know how to print a receipt, which is needed for the school . Very disappointed! However, the rooms were nice, and the restaurant food was very good.

        I was pleasantly surprised with my stay here. The rooms are spacious, the on site restaurant offers breakfast that's pretty good, and there is an awesome indoor pool. It is also close to Walmart, a local grocery store, plenty of food, and more.

      I am very sorry that you did not have a very good experience on your stay with us. I will definitely talk with the front desk staff about being more friendly. I am sorry that we had to put the pool and hot tub out of service it was not planned. I will also talk with the restaurant about trying to provide faster service for our guests but since each order is individually prepared it does take longer.

      I am very sorry that you had such a bad experience at our hotel. I know there was some confusion on the rooms since you had booked the rooms and then had parents call in to book rooms and then the parents were in the rooms that you had booked. We did cancel without charge 8 rooms that were booked by your group. Since we did not get a P O in advance an account had to be set up after we got the P O when you checked in which also took a little bit of time.
