The entire staff here is amazing. Very friendly and made me feel welcomed. I was in a lot of pain due to a tooth infection and I walked in without an appointment, they saw me right away and took care of me.

I had 4 kids visit this dental office for cleanings. None of my kids wanted to return. They loved going to their old dentist. All 4 had a terrible experience. The dentist wanted to fill all the small cavities in their baby teeth that were going to fall out without problems. They billed my insurance, depleted almost $2k from my flex spending account and I still had to pay out of pocket another $1k. This dentist is all about the money and cares nothing for the patient. My 11 year old daughter was numbed for a filling and then left for almost an hour. She told me they had to number her again cause she could feel everything. The dentist doesn't take his time so the shots hurt. He is definitely all about money. I will never return here. When I talked to them about being billed like crazy and having a bad experience they didn't care to try and smooth things over or discount anything.

I broke a molar during a long holiday weekend on the western side of the state. Called and asked for consideration for availability, I saw them same day. Lucky for me, someone cancelled after my visit and they accommodated my next appointment the same day. I'm glad I found a new dentist, friendly office staff, and excellent service. Thank you all!!!

Very welcoming and kind staff with exceptional service. Dr. Farion is a very caring and gentle dentist. This office is definitely worth the drive to Artesia. Highly recommend.
