Adobe Rose Bed & Breakfast

A lovely and quaint little spot that was perfect for our one night stay. Bummed that they arent doing the continental breakfast or Sunday brunch, but it was great that they had food options in the room.

Adobe Rose bed and breakfast was our stop between White Sands and Carlsbad Caverns in August 2023. We were a group of 10 and had the entire place for one night. The in-ground pool and steak house style restaurant within the building were more than welcome upon our arrival. We slept well although the small 'extra beds' were uncomfortable. Lunch consisted of a few items and snacks packed and piled in the small fridge and on the room counter. We went out to buy extra items for lunch. Typical NM decor and well-equipped kitchen for lunch. Safety: We feel safe. Food & drinks: Good restaurant adjoining the bed and breakfast. Noteworthy details: In-ground pool at good temperature.

Staying at the Adobe Rose was a great experience. The rooms are comfortable and the on site restaurant is nice. Would definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

They are the best in the business. I mean, everything was perfectly the way they should have been. I'm impressed how aesthetically beautiful their rooms were. It felt like I'm staying at a home (as the name implies) but not in a hotel. There were two queen sized beds in two rooms connected by a pass through. Every basic amenities is inside the room, wherever it be a microwave, coffee maker, a fridge, iron for cloth, washer/dryer, locker vault, or even a portable heater. Kitchen and open area for breakfast is attached to the property and can be accessed though the back door of the room. You can prepare your food/breakfast in this common space and enjoy with your friends and family. The receptionist was super nice and gave us all the information needed. Furthermore, a nice restaurant is attached to the property where you can enjoy your lunch/dinner with live music (at night). Lots of indoor/outdoor space with tons of options to choose from. We couldn't have asked for more and are glad that we stayed here. Will recommend to anyone traveling with a group of friends or family to stay at this property, it's worth every penny.
