        I had a bad experience redemption of my 5$ bonus points. I was at the check out counter for more than 15 minutes. Because they could not understand the process.Than I was portrayed as a thief. And asked to leave . Because they had to re:-enter the merchandise. Came out to a different price. That's why I was looking through the bag. Different price I had questions. Treated so Bad by the theft prevention staff . When I would never steal. Makes me question if I would ever shop at the South Valley Burlington store.
