I used to recommend this place to all buyers needing windows. But do to lack of customer service and just overall management of the place. Seems like everyone is running around like a chicken with there's heads cut off. No one know where the orders are. They get mad when you don't have your purchase order. Orders are half complete and take way too long to receive

This establishment has good products. However, the customer service is absolutely abysmal. There are several workers all the time, but no one seems to reach out to help when you come in. They seem like you are a nuisance to help and are not helpful with suggestions. I buy from here all the time and the customer service is the same if not worse every time.

Just built a home and used Window Depot for cabinets and windows. We purchased about 22 cabinets and 30 windows. They have great prices. This review is for their cabinets. Ordering and shipments went very well. Pricing and quality is what you would expect for budget cabinets. The problem is that several of our drawer fronts and cabinet doors are warped. We called several times and got the typical run-around. They say that they no longer carry this particular cabinet/color and therefore the warranty can't be honored. Really? You want me to accept warped doors and you offer no solution? You could do the right thing and return my money so I can fix or replace my cabinets which will be a real big pain or talk to your supplier and have them fix the problem.
