I contacted Abe Murray when my friend suggested Hypnosis to help me stop vaping. It had been difficult to stop after years of inhaling THC. I am 71 years old and desperately needed to stop for my health. I listened to the audio he asked me to listen to for 1 week. I did so for about 4 days. I had a phone appointment and it was an incredible experience. Nothing weird just relaxation and reinforcement which was very reassuring. I have been sober for 21 days and I must say my health has improved. No more coughing and no expenses for my habit. The best part is I have no craving to go back. I am very satisfied with my Hyptnotist Abe. He is definitely worth contacting for anyone who wants to change their lifestyle and health. Thank You Mr Abe! Abe Murray has helped me a lot using his knowledge and experience as a hypnotherapist. He deduced the difficulties I was having and has shown me how to self heal. Abe has been so helpful on my weight loss journey, that I have decided to have him help me with my trauma as well. He is kind, compassionate, really listens and wants to help. He wants to see you succeed. He is easy to talk to (this is coming from a quiet, shy introvert, with ADHD and anxiety). His smile and confidence are infectious. He is wicked smart and very funny. He is passionate about his work. Abe is an absolute joy to work with and ditto on the mench comment someone else made. He does have many of the qualities one hopes for in a friend.
