        The medical service was good and prompt. The billing process and customer services are impossible to reach. You keep talking to a computer. I was sent a notice from a collection Agency "Congress Collection" for an unpaid bill that I never received, no explanation nothing. I just paid it to get rid of the aggravation. Needless to say I am not going back to this Urgent Care Facility.
