        I’ve been waiting 3 and 1/2 weeks now to hear back from somebody. I’ve called twice to set up an appointment. I do not know the circumstances and I do understand people are busy, but I’m pretty sure someone (Tony?) could make a quick phone call. I’m going to get ahold of another company and hopefully they’re more professional and responsive. I’m not trying to deter anyone from going with this company. I just wanted to explain my situation and experience.

        Very professional. Arrived on time. Delivered as promised. Brought the right equipment to do the job safely and timely for the removal of a huge tree from my backyard. Would certainly recommend Southwest Tree Specialists . I will be using them for my next tree treatment needs.
