A Discount Towing

So Saturday morning, I needed a tow for my father-In-Law Van as most people do I called around to see who had the shortest wait when I called they advise that they had a Tow an hour and 15 minutes out. That was approximately 10:03 , I did get a call back from them roughly 25 minutes later advising that its gonna be an 1 and 15 minutes from the time I received that call (10:35), Im now expecting an arrival time of roughly 1130 finally at 11:45 when I didnt have a tow truck there yet. I called back and was advised that he was 15 minutes out Finally at 12:30 still no truck I called again and was advised she was unable to reach the driver frustrated I begin calling other companies when suddenly he finally appeared finally 12:45. This was a horrible time management on both the driver and dispatcher part. The fact that I still had to pay full price for this terrible service is insane.

Called to arrange a tow at a specific time and place. I explained that I would be busy and needed to have a driver there at the agreed time. They did not show up. Their response was that they called 30 minutes before the agreed time but I did not answer. I tried to remain pleasant (even though they had wasted my time) and asked them to send a truck as soon as they could. They said someone would be there in 60-90 minutes. Three hours later, they called back and asked if I still wanted a truck to come. I canceled. Very poor communication, likely to make job times convenient for them at the expense of their customers. No accountability for their promises. Will not call again.
