        Went for oil change and they break my door handle... OMG..who does that..if you don't know how to open a door shouldn't be allowed to touch anything else...

        Traveling through and I got a flat. Went there to get a quick repair as they were the only ones open at 7am. Only one there at open, they had two vehicles in their bays and they said they could get to me till the end of the day if that. 10 min flat tire fix to get me back on the road, and they could do it. Complete garbage. I'll never drop a dime in a Firestone facility again.
