Beth, Considering how taxes can be complicated as well as intimidating... We have to say that we did not experience this with Tax Honey. From the minute we walked into your office, my wife, Kamsim, and I felt welcomed, at ease with your friendly human interactions and confident that you would take every deduction into consideration.. Over the years, we have come to trust you and your staff to give us sound tax advice. Each time you consulted with us, we knew that when we signed the tax forms, we concluded that it was the best tax outcome for our situation. Beth (Tax Honey) has been doing our taxes for several years. We are always so happy how Beth completes our taxes on a timely fashion. Beth always puts 110% in her work we really admire her dedication to her work. She is very personable and kindhearted.

Anyone who is looking into using this company needs to be very cautious. Beth filed my moms taxes and then ran into some issues. She then made it IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of her, she came up with excuse after excuse. It was such a horrible experience. Not only was there an issue with my mothers taxes but we had family that also had major issues with her. Please do your research and find another person or company to help file your taxes!
