New Mexico Surgery Center Multi-Specialty

Have caused my parents so much grief. They chose to bill the wrong insurance for my mother's surgery, and it took 4 calls and the bill going to collections before it was handled correctly. The woman who I initially spoke to was rude and clearly did not care about resolving the issue. My father recently also had surgery, and it took 2 weeks for the doctors to send the notification of surgery paperwork to his job. That means my dad missed getting paid and will have to wait 2 more weeks because of this delay. Just really bad business practices from the administration side of the staff it seems.

I was scheduled for a small surgery in June. In May, I got a phone call at 7 AM from an extremely unpleasant woman that demanded payment. Everything about her tone was offputting. I called her back several times, trying to find out how much the anesthesiologist fee would be, I got hostility once, and then no more responses. This lady needs to move to another career. I paid immediately and have since spent two months, trying to get remuneration once the surgery was canceled. Not sure whether the woman on the phone is partially responsible, but absolutely disgusted.

Dr. Pavel Nockel, my surgeon, demonstrated an exceptional level of expertise and professionalism. From the initial consultation to the actual surgery, Dr. Pavel Nockel meticulously explained the procedure, outlined potential risks, and discussed the expected outcomes. His expertise and confidence instilled a sense of trust in his abilities, leaving me with no doubts about the successful outcome of the surgery. I cannot forget to mention the anesthesiologist, who played a vital role in ensuring my comfort and safety during the procedure. The anesthesiologist took the time to explain the anesthesia process, addressed my concerns about potential side effects, and closely monitored me throughout the surgery.
