        Absolutely horrible customer service. No one ask if you need help or assist you. Theyll walk by you and like youre not even in the store. Definitely wont be visiting the Cutler location ever again.

        The staff is incredibly rude and inattentive! They made my family feel like we were an inconvenience to even be in there when we came with 6 people to buy new shoes for and they completely missed out on a great sale $$$ I asked the associate (some rude young man )at the register if my daughter can use the restroom to which he said no with an eye roll "we don't have public restrooms" with my daughter literally doing the potty dance and then the manager let's a different lady use it right before we asked.
