Great service - from showing up quickly and on time for the first evaluation and estimate, to getting the job done as promised. Michael was up front with the process and there were no surprises or hidden costs. Had entire septic system and leach field replaced.

I had very high expectations for this company due to its high ratings but my experience with them was very disappointing. They did not want to install a septic tank on my land because it’s a rocky lot and they said they are too busy to take a job that will require more than a few days of work. I understand that they are busy and I was willing to wait but they did not even bother to at least give me an estimate after they said they would send me one the following day. So basically, I just waisted my time.

Fast, affordable, and did a great job. They even came back and helped us deal with a fill dirt issue, although they weren't obligated to. Definitely recommend.

Another company came to do a simple pumping but then came to me and said we needed a whole new tank because the tank was cracked and crumbled from the inside. They quoted 2,900.00 for a new tank. I decided to call RC and get a second opinion and see if repair was an option. RC was wonderful they came out on a Saturday and inspected the tank which was not cracked at all or crumbling, They upgraded us with a riser and pumped our tank for a very reasonable price. These guys are so professional and I would highly recommend them to anybody.
