They The crew is professional, timely, and the quality of the work was incredible. I will definitely refer them to anybody who would be needing a new roof!

After being in the real estate industry for over 21 years, I had an opportunity to meet a person at custom construction solutions in Albuquerque New Mexico. The person I was able to meet was JUSTIN who did an excellent job and was on ball and calling me all the time to give me updates in reference to trying to assist, one of my clients and getting a roof . JUSTIN has been an excellent communicator and person that follows up and does what he says. He truly is in the best interest of our clientele. Custom Construction Solutions is prompt and professional. They did a great job on my roof! My insurance didn't want to cover my roof initially, but after the expert, diligent, and persistent work of CCS, my insurance finally covered the damaged roof. I recommend CCS if you have questions about your roof.

From the start of my mother filing an insurance claim to have her roof looked at, weve had nothing but problems with the original insurance hired third party inspector who brought along his own contractor. When we were unpleasantly told that we could hire our own contractor, we contacted Custom Construction Solutions. From the beginning, Franklin has been honest with us about the entire process, provided us with estimates, and helped us fight the insurance company all the way to the state level. While this has been a year long, drawn-out process on the insurance side, Franklin has helped us fight it every step of the way to ensure that my mother was fully reimbursed. The crew who installed the roof was also great and came inside to clean anything that fell through while installing the skylights. I would happily use Franklin and Custom Construction Solutions again for any roofing issues.
