Very happy with Carlos and his crew. Carlos is very professional, did not tried to sell me something I don't need. I was very happy with the quote I got. On time for the inspection, on time to start the work. Few times I called him, he always answered his phone. After the work was completed, we went up to the roof, and me being a pain in the butt, saw a few things needed to touch up. Carlos got on it right away, no problem. Roof looks very nice. Mr. Vasques was recommended by a trusted Albuquerque contractor. After meeting with Mr. Carlos Vasques in October 2021, we decided on a new shingle roof installation with new seamless gutters and replacement of worn and damaged soffit. Mr. Vasques was always punctual, respectful and answered all our questions and offered detail and explanation that helped us understand the work he would complete. Mr. Vasques responded to our phone calls or texts within a reasonable time frame always informing us about the status of the job. Mr. Vasques provided a printed estimate and stuck to all our contractual agreements and timeframe. There were no surprise costs and his work is top notch! Several professionals who viewed his finished work were impressed with his attention to detail, stating not many roofers complete the task so well. We feel confident in the work completed and the warente. Since then, we have recommended New Mexico Roof Experts to our family and friends and they are equally pleased with his work.
