Issac gave us a bid two years ago and the insurance company denied our claim. Finishing touch helped us through the process of suing them. When we received our settlement finishing touch worked with us to complete the repair. They were on time and cleaned up after completing the job. They exceeded expectations, from the initial punctual appointment to inspect the roof onward. They prepared me for what to expect during the process with my insurance co. They assisted with calling the insurance co and detailing what damage they found. And if you jump on the roof with them they will show you the damage yourself. Theyre not just trying to sell you a roof. All the way to even meeting the insurance adjuster at my house to make sure nothing was overlooked. Then the install date was scheduled and they did a great job, my house is 2 story , 3000 sq ft with various levels including a TPO deck and its a complicated job they had it completely done in 2 days , left the property clean, the roof looks great and I have had no problems. I used Finishing Touch Home Improvements LLC for a hail damage roof replacement. Let me cut right through all the B/S. I did not get paid to leave a review, nor did I get any kick backs or freebies to leave any nice words. That being said I had a roof inspection done through another roofing company. They found damage and arranged for my insurance to come out and inspect my house. They wanted me to sign a temporary contract to give them 10 percent of whatever the damage was that the insurance found. Never, I repeat, never sign such an contract. Because then they want to do the job for whatever the amount is the insurance quoted and then mark up extra costs to you and the insurance that they find later, like plywood damage and pipes , ducts, ect. Get the quote from the insurance company for the damage. And then have roofers come out and give you quotes for your job. After learning the hard way how crooked most roofing companies are. I should say some are. I had about 8 come out and give me competitive quotes. 5 were flat out ridiculous!! 3 were in the ball park of what I wanted for the money the insurance was giving me. I wanted my 2 sheds to have shingles replaced. My patio to have shingles replaced with new TPO materials. And the shingles on my home to be replaced with metal roofing. After careful consideration only a few companies offered everything I wanted. Then it came down to quality and cost. One company was a little bit cheaper. But the metal was thinner, the under layment was cheaper, the tpo was cheaper quality, and the shingles were cheaper quality. And the warranty was half as long. Of the remaining 3 companies all the materials were exactly the same manufacturers, same warranty so no difference in quality. So it came down to price and company. Two companies were more expensive. I asked about military discounts both said they could give a 500, and a 750 discount. Yet still they were higher than the price quoted by Finishing Touch. When I asked them if they could match the price quoted by the other company, I never used actual name they right away started insulting and saying that company must be a fly by night company. So right away my antenna went up, why were both of these companies so expensive and so worried about this other company that was nothing but professional when dealing with me so far. Finishing Touch was the only one who brought me color samples and metal samples. Called me back and showed up right when they said they would. So I decided I would go with Finishing Touch. Because the more expensive companies just seemed shady. And greedy and frankly unprofessional. I glad I chose Finishing Touch. The work they did turned out great. The roof matches the trim color perfectly. The sheds look great. And the patio is all buttoned up for years to come now. They showed up right on time when they said they would. They cleaned up nicely and finished on time. Even though they had to shut down a little early on the first day due to very high wind in the afternoon. The employees were polite and friendly. Ed the owner was at the site both days to make sure everything was going right. I even added a few last minute turbine vents and a vent from my stove and they accommodated my request with no issues. Even though they were last minute. They even matched the pipes vents and chimney with color matched spray paint to the color of the roof. I would not hesitate to use Finishing Touch again or refer them to others, as I have already referred them to others. And I don't refer companies unless I think they deserve it. I'm a do it yourself kind of guy. But Finishing Touch really did do a great job start to finish and their price was better than the other guys so called discounted rate.
